- Service areas include Tampa Bay and, more specifically, South Tampa, Odessa, and Lutz.
- Reputation for top-tier quality and service.
- Reputation for following through on mutually agreed timelines and scope of work.
- Minimum General Liability insurance policy of $1,000,000.
- Minimum Workers Compensation insurance policy of $500,000. Note: We are unable to accept Owner/Worker Exemptions.
- Acceptance of Bayfair’s monthly pay schedule and accounts payable procedures.
